在一个阴云密布的天气，小县城发生了百年一遇的地震灾害，眼看隧道以及地面都发生了裂痕，生活在这个小县城当中的人们充满了恐怖的氛围。正当他们发愁何去何从之际，一群主人公们挺身而出，用自己的智慧和力量献计献策，最终帮助这个小县城当中的16万人平安的度过了这场危机。天灾无情人有情，自然灾害是我们人类无法避免的，但是我们可以在灾害发生之际运用自己的智慧和力量，为自己的生命安全开辟出一条康庄大道。
